These Terms of Service apply to anyone who uses the Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio website at strongboxlocksafeohio.com or requests services through it. Workmanship warranty
Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty coverage for labor and workmanship will be communicated to the customer at the time service is performed. Any parts or materials installed during a job may carry their own manufacturer warranties, and those warranties are governed entirely by the terms the manufacturer sets - Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio does not extend or modify manufacturer coverage. Customers should retain any documentation provided with parts in order to make use of manufacturer warranty programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided by Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in OH. By using this site or requesting services, you consent to that jurisdiction.
Scheduling and cancellations
Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the team to adjust the schedule and offer that time to other customers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of any such fee, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of booking or upon request.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. An unenforceable clause does not affect the validity of the rest of these terms.

All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job is determined by a professional assessment of the specific situation. Some service requests coordinated through strongboxlocksafeohio.com may be carried out by independent professionals or partner contractors who work in connection with Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio. In those cases, the same standard of quality is expected, and Strongbox Lock & Safe Co. of Ohio acts as the coordinating party on the customer’s behalf.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
